The image depicts "The Pair" referring "Tommy" (Tom Brown OSC1926) and "Bob" (Bob Nunn OSC1926) and "J. Smart" (Jack Smart OSC1927). Tom Brown was inseparable to Bob Nunn, hence referring to the "Pair" of rowers in the photograph. Jack Smart is Cox of the double skull rowing boat.
The photograph was taken in 1926 at the Scotch College Boatshed Freshwater Bay, Peppermint Grove, Western Australia.
The photograph was part of Tom Brown's OSC1926 personal album which was digitally donated by his daughter Margot Stretch in November 2018.
